ZF launches the latest electrification technology globally, introducing the e-comp Scroll oil-free vortex electric air compressor designed specifically for new energy commercial vehicles. This product adopts vortex technology, and the noise can be controlled at about 67 decibels, which is equivalent to the normal conversation sound in an office environment.
The e-comp Scroll electric air compressor is driven by an integrated motor and can provide a system pressure of 12.5 bar with single-stage compression. It also supports variable speed operation to meet different working conditions. The oil-free design not only eliminates the risk of oil leakage in traditional oil-free air compressors, but also eliminates the additional cost of regularly replacing consumables in traditional oljefria luftkompressorer.
The total weight of this product is less than 35kg, significantly lighter than traditional air compressors, and can better support the demand for electric heavy-duty trucks to achieve vehicle lightweighting. Equipped with an integrated motor, inverter, and liquid cooled casing, it ensures that the exhaust temperature is below 90℃C, creating conditions for the integration of electric air compressors and air handling units.
